Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
The App is a football lineup builder that allows users to create custom formations, manage players, analyze team statistics, and share lineups. The App is designed to work offline and stores data locally on your device.
The App does not require you to create an account. Your data — including teams, players, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, App removal, or other circumstances.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 1x Football Lineup developed by Appiah Information Technology Systems and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including custom players, teams, and tactical notes. By sharing content through the App's share functionality, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content as part of the sharing process.
The App may contain built-in player data for entertainment purposes. Player names, team names, and related information are used for reference only and may be subject to third-party intellectual property rights. We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or copyrights.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1x Football Lineup developed by Appiah Information Technology Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1x Football Lineup developed by Appiah Information Technology Systems from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the App operator is based, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
